Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a global insurance brokerage in their search for a Producer. This is a business to business sales role seeking individuals who are comfortable cold calling and developing new relationships. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Hybrid position based out of Wisconsin
Pay is 70K base pay with uncapped commission and incentives

Responsibilities include:
Generating and pursuing new client opportunities
Presenting services and solutions to potential clients ensuring clients are educated on the value and offerings of the company
Closing new business deals; retaining clients by fostering strong business relationships
Developing new clients through referrals or cold calling
Assisting in client contracting and necessary paperwork; maintaining accurate client records and regulatory updates
Ensuring clients receive the optimal coverage, including quoting and follow-up
Providing technical support and product education to clients
Collaborating with your team to meet sales targets
Maintaining industry memberships and licenses
Staying up to date on the company’s core business partners and their products
Participating in ongoing education to expand industry knowledge
Requirements include:
~3+ years of business to business sales experience
~ Confidence in cold calling and sales techniques
~ Experience selling to a specific industry is a plus!
~ Must obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
~ Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
~ Previous insurance experience is advantageous
~ A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
