Designer (hybrid) Eau Claire, WI System One is currently seeking a Designer (hybrid) on a 12 month contract position located in Eau Claire, WI. Designer Responsibilities: Data entry, communication with internal and external customers. Work with limited supervision within a small team. Will be using various software including, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel to respond to customer needs and work with several internal departments to get projects started and completed. Work closely with two other individuals on the process and may interact with up to 100 designers, helping build packets, track payments and manage service installations. Designer Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excl and other Microsoft products. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam is a plus. Background in design, business or accounting is beneficial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Diverse background in accounting, business, construction management or GIS. Duration: 12 months Location: Eau Claire, WI Pay rate: $27-30/hr This is a hybrid role which requires in office work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays and remote work on Monday and Fridays. M1
