Social Media Specialist/Digital Marketing Specialist/Data Analytics, Health Communication
Links Global seeks a talented and dynamic Social Media Specialist/Digital Marketing Specialist/Data Analytics to join our marketing communications team. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, digital marketing, and data analytics, with experience in supporting public awareness, education, and outreach efforts to promote the prevention and treatment of diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or data analytics
Familiarity and experience working with federal agencies or organizations specializing in supporting public awareness, education, and outreach efforts to promote the prevention and treatment of diseases, preferred
Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach the target audience
Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Manage and monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for growth
Examples of Relevant Employment History and Accomplishments: Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and growing engagement and followers
Experience in data analytics, interpreting marketing metrics, and generating actionable insights
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics tools
Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and algorithms
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
Provide Sample Work of Marketing Communication Experience: Non-communicable disease prevention and management campaigns targeting
Health awareness initiatives
Social science research studies
Messaging and strategic communication targeted to the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes
Communication materials and products
Strategic communication plans
Media placement plans and reports, for both paid and earned media
Provide Samples of Relevant Expertise Communicating with Diverse Audiences: Developing culturally and linguistically appropriate communication materials for diverse populations
Messaging plan targeted to audience segments
Stakeholders engagement plans and achievement reports
