Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg’s leader in Permanent Recruitment, has partnered with our client, to recruit for a Content Creator to develop and execute content strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role will focus on creating high-quality content, with a strong emphasis on video production, social media management, and SEO-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing objectives.
• Create and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media channels by curating and publishing engaging content.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and reach.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Stay up to date with content creation trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation with a focus on video production.
• Strong video editing skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proven ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
