Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Content Strategy & Operations Manager for our media streaming client in Seattle, WA. This position is a 6-month contract role with possibility of extension.

Title: Content Strategy & Operations Manager
Pay Rate: $90.00 - 105.00/hour (based on experience)
5-6 month Contract role with possibility of extension/conversion
Location: Onsite M-F Seattle, WA // M-F core hours

Are you an experienced content operations professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for streaming and digital media? We are seeking a Content Strategy & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our client's content workflows, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead content operations strategy, optimizing workflows, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee content distribution and execution, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve content workflows and efficiency.
  • Utilize Excel and AirTable (preferred) to manage and analyze content operations data.
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide high-level customer service, troubleshooting issues and identifying process improvements.

Must-Have Hard Skills:

  1. Customer Service & Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across teams.
  2. Content Operations & Workflow Management – Expertise in managing and improving content processes.
  3. Proficiency in Excel – Advanced ability to analyze, track, and report on content data.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in content operations, digital media, or streaming services (Max, Netflix, etc.).
  • Experience working with AirTable or similar content management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
