Job Title: Social Media Video Producer

Purpose of the Role: The Social Media Video Producer will be responsible for creating engaging and polished video content for Humantold's social media platforms. This role encompasses the entire production process from concept development to filming, editing, and publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and storyboard ideas that effectively convey the desired message and align with Humantold's brand values.
• Film high-quality video content in various environments, managing lighting, sound, and other technical elements.
• Edit footage to create seamless and compelling narratives, incorporating graphics and effects as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with broader social media strategies and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and video production to keep content fresh and engaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video production, particularly for social media platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and camera equipment.
• Excellent storytelling capabilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field is preferred.
