Senior Product Marketing Manager

, M365 Premium Upsell

will play a crucial role in driving the upsell growth strategy for the top-end of our portfolio. This role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker who can articulate a Security & AI-enabled Productivity narrative. You will be shaping product and packaging constructs in collaboration with Business Planning and Product Management, driving growth through Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and Sales enablement, and working closely with product marketing leaders and colleagues across strategic verticals, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Security, and Business Applications. This role demands clear communication, the ability to simplify the complex, and experience managing a broad group of stakeholders across organizations and specializations.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the upsell growth strategy for advanced security and AI solutions across the M365 portfolio, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.

Develop and deliver a compelling premium upsell narrative that resonates with diverse customer segments and aligns with overall business goals.

Collaborate with Business Planning and Product Management/Engineering to define and shape product offerings and bundling constructs, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.

Shape the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, working closely with field and partner sales teams to optimize enablement of growth initiatives.

Work in partnership with product marketing leaders and colleagues across strategic verticals, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Security, and Business Applications, to foster a collaborative and integrated approach to marketing efforts.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, using insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Ensure seamless alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives, driving coherence and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in a scaled business environment.

Subject matter proficiency in Security and/or AI in the context of Enterprise software.

Ability to work collaboratively across functions and business units.

Experience with GTM planning and execution.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the technology industry, particularly within Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud-based solutions.

Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing multiple stakeholders.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
