The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Head of the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Brand Strategy team will lead a multidisciplinary group of LMS brand strategists working alongside sales partners to drive growth for the world’s leading marketers on LinkedIn. This leader will collaborate with LMS Marketing Solutions leadership, the LMS marketing team, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative LinkedIn ad experiences and sponsorships that only LinkedIn can offer.
This is a newly created organization that will evolve over time. In the first year, the primary focus will be on the U.S. market, with plans to expand to other regions in the future. As part of a dynamic, global organization, the Head of LMS Brand Strategy will work closely with leaders across LinkedIn. They will establish a new standard for creativity in both B2B and B2C marketing, driving experimentation and innovation that yields measurable results for brands in categories such as Tech, Telco, Automotive, Travel, Financial Services, and more.

The team will conceptualize and execute bespoke advertising experiences for brands investing in LinkedIn media, scaling successful campaign elements into new products or features.
Responsibilities
Lead a large, multidisciplinary team (designers, brand strategists) across multiple U.S. locations, ensuring the highest ad creative and LinkedIn member experience standards.
Partner with sales and sales support leaders to tackle clients' most significant business challenges collaboratively.
Work closely with LMS Marketing and Ads Product teams to align strategy and execution.
Engage directly with brands and agencies to showcase the full-funnel advertising possibilities on LinkedIn.
Create an ambitious and inspirational vision for the team.
Recruit and develop talent that meet a high level of performance.
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Advertising.
10+ years of experience leading teams responsible for creative or technical deliverables.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience managing a P&L, making staffing decisions, and balancing trade-offs to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Deep understanding of both creative and media best practices.
Experience in creative or content agencies.
Proven track record of working closely with technical teams to deliver digital advertising solutions or products.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A portfolio showcasing a range of advertising programs and experiences.
Master’s Degree.

The pay range for this role is $300,000 to $450,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
