About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager (3-5 years experience) to join our team. You'll work across a number of disciplines, including research, planning, marketing and advertising (traditional and digital). You'll will be expected to manage client expectations and growth, contribute to consultancy thinking and conversations on business growth strategy, execute communication campaigns with excellence, and then analyze and optimize to achieve the full potential for our Clients. The company will also depend on you to champion good ideas and creative with the Client.
Key Responsibilities:
• The day-to-day management of Clients' marketing and advertising campaigns. You'll be relatively autonomous in managing your accounts-reporting directly to the head of account management
• Managing running all campaign projects through the company- in coordination with other departments.
• Development of personas, journey mapping, market segmentation, brand positioning, performance analysis & optimization, customer marketing,
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
• Drafting detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) with supporting cost estimating calculators
• Draft compelling creative briefs based on the insights gained from the research and/or inherent market knowledge
• Preparing timely, accurate, thorough and insightful campaign metric reports
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction

What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or account management.
- Location: Remote Eastern or Central time zone preferred. New York City area or Syracuse based is a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Passion for purpose-driven marketing and advertising

- Salary: $60,000- $85,000 per year plus bonus potential.
