Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with brokers and senior-level professionals to write and edit customized content and organize existing material into a compelling business case or proposal for each assigned opportunity (e.g., Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, Requests for Qualifications, and Presentations).
  • Manage the entire proposal development process, including evaluating requirements, crafting content, formulating clear, succinct and effective responses, and ensuring compliance with all solicitation guidelines.
  • Manage multiple client responses and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Work effectively with a diverse team of professionals with varying expertise and personalities.
  • Contribute to creating/positioning solutions, identifying value propositions and creating compelling messaging.
  • Partner with teams to develop copy that aligns with brand guidelines, business strategy and resonates both verbally and visually.
  • Develop other specialized materials as needed to support business initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide excellent team and internal client support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Real estate experience working with brokers and other internal stakeholders is a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proposal writing experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
  • Passion for producing intelligent, creative and cohesive work
  • Experience managing expectations and collaborating effectively with individuals of diverse personalities
  • Proven ability to carry projects from inception to completion
  • Strong track record of balancing short-term, deadline-driven tasks with long-term, ongoing projects
  • Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
