Job Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):.
- Translate brand’s positioning to resonate with target audiences and strengthen its market position.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, aligning their content with the brand's identity and goals.
- Act as the brand ambassador internally, ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned with the brand’s mission and vision.
- Craft a content strategy aligned with business goals, from awareness-building to driving conversions.
- Conduct deep research into audience demographics, behaviors, and content preferences to create content that resonates and attracts quality leads.
- Spearhead content creation efforts, from ideation to execution, that engage the target audience and support both brand building and direct sales initiatives.
- Own the content strategy, including storytelling, content types, themes, and distribution methods.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the brands’ aesthetics and tone of voice
- Provide leadership in influencer marketing by identifying emerging trends and influencers that can amplify brand messaging.
- Contribute to new product or service launches, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption through content creation and influencer partnerships.
- Track content performance analytics and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Monitor brand health metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns on brand equity and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and support business objectives.
- Regularly look for external agencies and services that can help streamline and amplify the way we develop content and work with influencers leveraging Traackr or other influencers tracking tools
- Work with the PR agency to identify opportunities with celebs and influencers, preparing influencers giftings.
- Maintains US DAM folders for both brands.
Reporting
- This position reports to the Brand Marketing Director.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years focused on brand management, positioning, and content creation
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and content creation, including running successful campaigns and working with digital platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Experience with creative tools like Canva or others preferred to create and edit social content.
- College degree required; Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Ability to commute to the New York City office at least one day per week and as business needs dictate
- Experience in a beauty role, preferably in skincare (preferred).
- B Corp experience highly desired.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; the company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our competitive compensation and benefits package includes the following (please note that the benefits listed are subject to change):
- Salary range of $85-95K based on location, job-specific knowledge, education, skills and depth of professional experience.
- Discretionary annual bonus of 5%
- Hybrid work arrangement, currently 4 to 6 in-office days per month
