HLG is seeking an innovative and results-driven Creative Director to lead our creative team and elevate our brand presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic creative initiatives across multiple platforms, including digital, print, video, and social media. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of branding, design, and content marketing. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of creative campaigns that align with Hensley Legal Groups brand and marketing strategy.
- Work with a team of writers and content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and effective marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and legal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
- Direct the development of visual and written content for digital ads, social media, website, TV, print, and other marketing channels.
- Analyze performance data and leverage insights to optimize creative strategies and drive business growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and traditional media.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed. '
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, design, and multimedia content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video production tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in legal marketing preferred but not required.
