We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong understanding of the U.S. advertising world to join our ranks. This is a key hire for us. Your mission will be to help build the idea and advertising culture within our practice. As a brand, design, and craft-driven full-service agency of 85 talents, a sensibility to design remains essential. This role requires strategic thinking, experience, and a hands-on talent who thrives on being close to the craft as well as the idea. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting national campaigns. What we seek in a Creative Director Lead with empathy and positivity, bringing joy into the work for both colleagues and clients Develop and showcase your team's talent and ensure their development as a group and as individuals Strategically articulate your ideas (written & verbal), pitch concepts and adapt to client feedback thoughtfully Bring insightful ideas and high-quality execution to TUX's advertising work Facilitate collaboration between all parties involved in a project Deep understanding of production and post production Ensure project budgets and timelines are respected, and that your team's time is well-managed Stays curious on market trends, driving innovation within internal process (ie using new technologies) and finding ways to break through the noise of advertising We have been recognized by AdAge for our Agency Culture in 2024 and operate on a 4-day work week.
