The Marketing Generalist will play a vital role in the administration and day-to-day management of tactical marketing activities, ensuring the effective management and delivery of our campaigns, content, and marketing assets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Product Positioning & Campaigns: Assist in planning and implementing product launch campaigns, integrated marketing initiatives, and promotional efforts while tracking performance metrics.
- Content Creation & Management: Generate compelling marketing content, examples may include case studies, social media posts, blogs, videos, and collateral for digital and print platforms.
- Sales Enablement: Assist in developing marketing toolkits, and promotional materials to support sales teams and dealer networks.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- CRM & Lead Management: Assist in HubSpot campaigns and manage lead data. Collect data analytics to measure and improve marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration & Vendor Relations: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, product development team, and external vendors to ensure seamless marketing execution.
- General Marketing Support: Assist with additional marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on product launches, campaign execution, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability and willingness to gain a deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including CRM (HubSpot), content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft office products.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
