UX Content Designer, COPY

Our global client is looking to add 2 UX Content Designers (UXCD) to their team to assist their current team with less intensive UX content requests. Our client helps professionals and employers around the globe with their career search and hiring best practice needs. Their platform helps both audiences navigate through this time-intensive processive and with that, they are always looking to improve their platform and ease of use. Large initiatives are handled by the UX team but for more quick turnaround needs, these two associates will help all teams with a variety of quick turnaround tasks. These tasks can include:

Creating UX content (copy) based on jira ticket request

If content is provided, ensure it is written in proper tone and voice

Ensure content is grammatically correct and adheres to standard and style guide

Responsibilities:

Ensure all content you create supports the most usable, consistent, and inclusive experience for users

Determine the most appropriate content for user touchpoints - Create, apply, and maintain content standards based on a thorough understanding of the Content guidelines. -

Provide support through Office Hours, Jira ticketing, and a Slack channel. -

Work with content designers leading LLM genAI projects to evaluate LLM outputs.

May also help create datasets for model tuning.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

Portfolio of UX Content Design work

BA in journalism, marketing, communications, or other relevant field or equivalent education and experience.

3+ years of content strategy, content design, UX writing, or similar experience.

Able to self-manage projects

Must be a strong communicator
