The EHR Report Writer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports within EHR systems, supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL and EHR platforms like CREDIBLE, AVATAR, and/or SETWORKS. This role requires close collaboration with clinical teams, IT staff, and administrative departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL-based reports within EHR systems.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data to meet business and regulatory reporting needs.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency across multiple systems.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Maintain documentation of report structures, queries, and workflows.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis for decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies within EHR databases.
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements related to healthcare reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Proficiency in SQL query development and relational database management.
  • Hands-on experience with EHR systems (CREDIBLE, AVATAR, and/or SETWORKS).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with system integrations, including API connections and data synchronization
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets for actionable insights.
• Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
