We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Writer & Strategist to elevate our brand voice and drive impactful messaging across multiple channels. This role is critical in shaping compelling content that aligns with business objectives, enhances sales enablement, and strengthens customer engagement. As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and execute content strategies that support go-to-market initiatives, customer success efforts, and overall brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Development Leverage product value propositions, industry trends, audience insights, and strategic themes set by the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to craft high-impact, persuasive, and compelling content across a wide range of formats, including email campaigns, social media, advertising, go-to-market materials, sales enablement assets, presentations, and other collateral. Own the content framework, ensuring scalable and efficient content creation processes that maintain brand consistency. Develop, maintain, and optimize a comprehensive sales and customer success content playbook, including sales scripts, email templates, and talk tracks tailored to different stages of the customer journey. Develop and refine content strategies that enable sales teams to effectively engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel. Create compelling and strategic marketing content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
Content Execution & Management Oversee content organization and governance, managing assets within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and content platforms, including PathFactory and HubSpot. Support the management and execution of a content roadmap and editorial calendar to align messaging across marketing, sales, and customer success. Ensure brand consistency by enforcing guidelines and reviewing content for tone, clarity, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging content that drives audience engagement and business impact.
Performance Optimization Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize content for conversion, engagement, and lead generation. Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive insights to create high-impact content that resonates with diverse audiences, from technical buyers to C-suite executives. Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve marketing outcomes.
Requirements 3-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong knowledge of sales enablement, demand generation, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in HubSpot, PathFactory, Google Slides, and social media management tools. Experience managing DAM platforms and ensuring efficient content accessibility. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives and meet tight deadlines. Ability to receive constructive feedback and quickly adapting throughout the creative process. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
