Users can easily tap into shared closets within their community through flexible and/or on-demand delivery options. Our goal is to provide affordable and convenient access to quality items exactly when our users need them. We are starting with P2P clothing/accessories and expanding to other categories. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and scaling our brand identity and creatives, overseeing our organic and paid content, and increasing brand awareness. We are looking for someone who is excited to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through a mix of creator marketing, paid advertising, social media, influencer programs, and word-of-mouth initiatives. Requirements Required 6+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on comms strategy, content strategy, social media (TikTok and IG), paid ads, and word-of-mouth marketing Highly cross-functional team player who is eager to not only lead the strategy, but also participate in execution Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition (especially organic) Experience crafting and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging, including cohort and conversion analysis Experience working with lean startup budgets, driving user acquisition from largely organic efforts, supplemented by a small paid portfolio Experience building and scaling impactful creator (influencer) programs as a channel to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and sustainability Nice to have Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment Experience driving user acquisition for peer-to-peer marketplaces or app-centric e-commerce businesses Responsibilities

Brand & Voice:

Own and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications. Comms Strategy:

Develop and execute email, push, and in-app messaging strategies to convert, engage and retain users. Content & Social Media:

Build a best-in-class organic social and content strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, brand love. Community Engagement:

Cultivate and grow our vibrant community of renters and lenders, activating UGC, events, and brand partnerships. Creator & Ambassador Program:

Oversee and scale our influencer, creator, and ambassador programs to fuel organic growth. Paid Ads & Growth Strategy:

Lead the strategy, creative direction, and reporting for paid marketing (TikTok, Meta, etc.)—driving performance while keeping our brand aspirational and engaging (note: we do not need you to be a paid ad expert!). Team Leadership:
