The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic marketing and membership plans. This role is pivotal in building the organization's brand, attracting and retaining members, and promoting its products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing and membership strategies, with a focus on fostering an innovative culture and ensuring the organization remains a leading advocate in its field. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, member needs, and the competitive landscape to guide strategy, as well as collaborating with various teams to provide competitive and innovative products that meet the needs of members. Applicants for the Chief Marketing and Membership Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, membership, or related roles, preferably within non-profits or associations. The role requires a candidate with extensive knowledge of multi-media marketing channels, brand management, digital marketing, and member engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, coaching, and mentoring employees, as well as a proven record of success in membership revenue and product sales.
