Position Overview
Club Leaders Forum are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Director and Communications to lead CLF’s marketing initiatives, publications, and event coordination. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong content creation, social media, and project management skills. The Marketing Director will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing CLF's reputation in the Private Club industry.
Key Responsibilities
Publications & Content Management
Serve as the Editor of The FORUM, CLF’s biannual industry-leading publication, overseeing content development, editorial direction, and production.
Manage the creation and distribution of the Wellness Academy publication.
Develop compelling brochures and marketing materials for Platinum Clubs of America and Platinum Clubs of the World.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Oversee CLF’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content that reflects the brand’s authority in the industry.
Develop and execute a content calendar for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
Video Editing & Production
Create, edit, and manage video content for social media, events, and marketing initiatives.
Develop high-quality promotional videos highlighting CLF’s programs and industry impact.
Event Management & Coordination
Plan and execute industry events, including Platinum Club gatherings, forums, and networking events.
Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and oversee on-site execution.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct quarterly surveys of Platinum Club Licensees to gather insights and maintain industry leadership.
Analyze survey results and present key findings to CLF leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or event management.
Strong editorial skills with experience managing publications.
Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing and social media strategy.
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with experience conducting surveys and market research.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Bonus: proven experience in event planning and execution.
