Are you a talented and creative individual with a passion for digital marketing and social media? We have an exciting opportunity for you to grow within a dynamic small business environment as part of our Social & Digital Marketing Team at LTV Approach!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for new and existing clients
• Create engaging and on-brand content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and TikTok)
• Generate and execute ideas for captivating social media campaigns and contests
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insightful reports
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management (experience with Reels and Video is a must!)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media
