ISI seeks an experienced, creative digital media professional to lead the development, distribution, and promotion of its video, podcast, and social media content. Founded in 1953, the Intercollegiate Studies Institute (ISI) is a nonprofit organization that educates for liberty, equipping future leaders to embrace and defend the principles and virtues that make America good, free, and prosperous.  This is an exciting opportunity to manage a growing media production/social media team and head up Studio 53, a media studio built in 2024 at ISI’s headquarters. ISI’s campus also features a newly-dedicated event hall and is located on a historic 20-acre preserve in Wilmington, Delaware’s Brandywine Valley, just 2 hours north of Washington, D.The Producer/Digital Content Director is also responsible for developing and managing ISI’s social media/content marketing strategy across platforms such as YouTube, Twitter/X, and Facebook to promote ISI’s brand and drive digital engagement. In this role, the Director will need to work closely with the Director of Marketing—and across other departments—to ensure that digital content helps drive conversions and integrates with the organization’s broader communications strategy. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 403b retirement plan, life insurance, a dozen annual paid holidays, and more. Remote work is not available for this role. Strategy/Creative ~ Work with the President & CEO and other senior leaders to refine the Institute’s strategic direction and goals related to social media and video/podcast content Manage Studio 53 and the organization’s content strategy, including developing project timelines, booking, recording/production, editing/post-production, and distribution and promotion Oversee the studio’s equipment and tech stack Social Media Oversee the organization’s social media accounts to achieve brand goals and drive digital engagement, including developing/scheduling content, community engagement, analyzing data, and identifying and engaging with influencers to grow ISI’s brand reach Manage content and social media advertising budgets and campaigns Collaborate with the Institute’s Marketing, Development, and Programs/Alumni teams to ensure that digital content helps drive conversions and integrates with the Institute’s organizational communications  Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management based on analytics and performance indicators Guided by the CFO, draft and manage the studio/content budget video/podcast production and editing, creative project management, and social media and/or content marketing management and strategy ~ Advanced awareness of social media trends and the influencer/content landscape, especially as it relates to politics, education, and ideas ~ Please submit the following application materials to employment@isi.No phone calls, please.
