Position Overview: As an Associate Principal at Identity Architects, you will be responsible for leading design projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing project teams. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of architectural solutions. Master’s degree in Architecture or related field ~ 8+ years of experience in architectural design and 5+ years in project management ~ Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects ~ Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) Project Leadership: Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion Develop design strategies that align with client goals and project requirements Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants Conceptualize innovative design solutions that meet functional and aesthetic criteria Oversee the development of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents Quality Assurance: Conduct design reviews and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and business development efforts A self-reliant individual who is most comfortable with projects and some authority.
