We are expanding team in North America and are currently seeking a talented A&D Sales Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to inspire and empower architects and designers with world-class surface solutions.

As an A&D Sales Representative, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong connections with architects, builders, developers, designers, and other key decision-makers within the commercial market industry.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the Neolith brand, products, and strategic value, with a particular focus on facade solutions.
  • Represent Neolith at trade shows and industry events, elevating our visibility and reputation.
  • Actively seek out potential clients, introducing them to Neolith’s innovative product line and tailored solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of area and customer sales, providing valuable insights and historical data to inform strategies.
  • Contribute to the team’s success by meeting and exceeding sales goals, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.
  • The ability to foster and maintain strong ties within the A&D community.
  • Experience in the natural stone industry, architectural development, or interior design is highly desirable.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
