G.A. Rogers & Associates is excited to partner with our client who is looking to welcome a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their growing team!

This is a direct hire opportunity: $100,000 - $125,000

In this role: you'll be a part of a collaborative organization that's dedicated to supporting corporate marketing efforts, including working heavily in Salesforce Pardot driving leads along with:

A day in the life:

• Dive into the action by rolling out innovative strategic marketing plans for exciting promotions, spanning social media, digital advertising, and public relations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring marketing requests to life, ensuring that all materials shine and are executed flawlessly.
• Take the reins on the marketing automation program by overseeing engaging email and SMS promotions, crafting tailored offers that resonate with different guest segments.
• Keep the online presence vibrant and engaging—handle guest feedback on social media and foster strong connections with our marketing vendors.
• Evaluate the success of both national and local promotions while expertly tracking and managing our marketing budget.

Prior Experience:

• 2 + years of leadership experience & 5+ years in marketing overlapping email marketing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, an MBA is preferred.
• Strong ability to measure and analyze performance using various analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, proven in managing teams and fostering client relationships.
• Outstanding copywriting and editing skills to produce compelling content.
• Ability to work collaboratively to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a customer-centric approach.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Pardot/Sales Marketing is required
