The Role:
At Consumer Fusion, we’re all about creativity, collaboration, and making things happen. We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Associate to join our team and help grow our social media presence, and assist in other areas that drive brand growth. You’ll gain exposure to different marketing functions, learn valuable skills.
This role will report directly to the Manager of Corporate Marketing, with opportunities to collaborate with executive leadership. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and loves creating and deploying impactful content, we’d love to meet you!
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance in Carlsbad, CA approximately once a week. Additional in-office days may be needed for content filming, with scheduling communicated in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and manage social media posts, videos, and other engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor trends and engage with followers to keep our brand active and connected.
- Support the optimization of content for SEO, and leverage other platform-specific best practices.
- Help track campaign performance, and share insights on social media engagement.
- Brand & Marketing Support
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.
- Assist in designing marketing assets, including presentations, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Support event marketing by promoting webinars and company activities to drive attendance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on strategy development and day-to-day tasks.
- In-Office Filming
- Work with the team to create engaging video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Serve as an in-person lead for video shoots, ensuring high-quality content capture.
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field; internships, or coursework may be included.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to attend in-person filming sessions as needed.
