Marketing Representative
THIS ROLE IS CONTRACT TO HIRE AFTER 3-6 MONTHS
Location: ON SITE in Carrolton, TX
Pay: $18/hr.
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (In-office)

About the Role:
As a Marketing Representative , you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services. You’ll work closely with sales teams, manage branding efforts, analyze market trends, and help generate leads to increase brand awareness. This is not a sales position, but having an understanding of sales skills and a strong drive for success will be beneficial.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with target audiences via phone and email
- Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads
- Maintain and update customer and campaign data in Salesforce ( no prior experience needed )
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Help manage the company’s online presence and branding efforts
What You Need to Succeed:
- Marketing experience or a related background ( preferred but not required )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with a hunger to achieve great things
