We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage online marketplace presence for a growing (CPG) manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take a hands-on approach to manage and grow our digital sales channels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and sales performance on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
  • Ensure product listings are up-to-date, optimized for search visibility, and comply with marketplace standards.
  • Create new product listings when needed for retail partners and owned digital sales channels.
  • Monitor third party listings for pricing and content quality.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends, adjust strategies, and maximize sales potential.
  • Track website performance using analytics tools, generating reports to guide marketing strategies and website enhancements.
  • Maintain and update Amazon Ads to drive efficient traffic to product listings.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and relevant digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize spend and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with direct experience managing online marketplaces and digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online listings and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace insights.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, specifically on how to interpret data and create meaningful strategies from the insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Experience in PPC management of Amazon campaigns, Google or other retail media outlets such as Orange Apron Media or Walmart Connect.
