Our client is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Licensing Coordinator to join their team and help drive the success of their consumer product licensing initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing licensing agreements, ensuring compliance, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring our brand collaborations to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing licensing agreements to ensure brand integrity and alignment with company goals.
- Track licensing agreements, renewals, and expirations to keep our partnerships running smoothly.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of licensing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, contracts, and key details in a centralized system.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate approvals, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor royalty reports, payments, and financial obligations related to licensing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the resolution of licensing-related issues by gathering relevant documentation and working with legal teams.
- Prepare reports and presentations on licensing activities and performance for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in licensing, brand management, or contract administration within the consumer products industry.
- Basic understanding of licensing laws, intellectual property rights, and contract management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with legal, marketing, and product development teams is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of international licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with trademark registration and brand protection strategies.
