Marketing Manager- TalentZok OVERVIEW Immediate opening for a Marketing Manager in Hawthorne, CA who possesses: ~ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related ~3+ years' experience of marketing experience ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other marketing tools Develop and implement comprehensive media marketing strategies to promote products/services Content Creation Create and oversee content development for marketing collateral and campaigns Develop and write marketing content, including website copy, LinkedIn posts, product brochures, case studies, video scripts, and presentation materials Create messaging that effectively communicates the value of our products in the Commercial In-Flight Connectivity (IFC), Gateway, Satellite, and Defense markets Collaborate closely with public relations team (outside firm) on messaging for news stories and with increasing exposure via the website, LinkedIn and other social media platforms Digital Marketing Facilitate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.) Manage and update website content in collaboration with a web developer, as needed Plan, schedule, and execute LinkedIn posts to engage and grow the company's professional network Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign performance Create and manage small ad campaigns on industry specific websites Update sales presentations and pitch materials to support business development efforts as directed by sales team Project Management Collaborate with sales, and leadership to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals Generate and manage approval processes for outside marketing materials Coordinate with external contractors, such as a graphic designer and web developer, to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets Manage timelines, budgets, and project priorities for marketing initiatives Work with contractors to create tradeshow materials, including banners, presentations, videos and promotional items Schedule and manage pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns to drive attendance and follow-up with leads Brand Management Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms Implement brand guidelines for visual and written communications Market Research Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies Protects the company by keeping information confidential and always behaving in a professional and ethical manner Enhances organization reputation and branding recognition through professional interpersonal skills, integrity and responsiveness Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 3 to 5 years of marketing experience Proven ability to create engaging content for digital platforms, sales materials, and other marketing channels Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office including SharePoint for file management and collaboration, Adobe Creative Suite, basic website CMS (e.g., WebFlow, WordPress), and photo editing (Photoshop or similar) Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, advertising and B2B lead generation strategies Strong organizational and time-management skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of marketing tasks as needed High energy level Creative, with strong work ethic Professionalism For immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to kbrace@talentzok.
