We are a leader in partnering with retail suppliers in Walmart with an innovative approach and commitment to excellence. We seek a strategic, results-driven, and creative VP of Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing efforts in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
Role Overview:
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive and forward-thinking marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. This individual will oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, market research, customer engagement, and more. The VP of Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, goals, and brand identity.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across various disciplines, ensuring collaboration and continuous professional growth.
- Brand Development: Build and enhance the company’s brand identity and positioning in the marketplace to ensure consistency and relevance in all marketing efforts.
- Digital & Content Strategy: Oversee the development of digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, content creation, and social media engagement to grow the company’s online presence.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies and initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.
- Customer Engagement: Create strategies to engage customers at all stages of the journey, from awareness to loyalty, and optimize the customer experience.
- Metrics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make continuous improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment in all initiatives and deliver integrated campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in retail environments that do business with Walmart.
- Exceptional understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and multi-channel strategies.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing metrics, customer insights, and performance measurement.
- A track record of success in driving business growth and achieving strategic goals.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Preferred degree in Marketing or a related field.
