Position Overview:
The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that align with Manic Panic’s brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, brand partnerships, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing innovative ideas to enhance brand presence across digital, social, retail, and experiential platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, retail, influencer, and experiential channels.
- Manage the marketing calendar to ensure seamless coordination of product launches, promotions, and key brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, sales, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, influencers, retailers) to drive cohesive marketing efforts.
- Oversee content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategy.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or digital marketing in the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer engagement strategies in the beauty industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with measurable impact in the beauty industry.
- Experience working with influencers, brand partnerships, and social media marketing in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM platforms) to track performance and inform decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and self-expression, with a deep understanding of the Manic Panic brand and audience.
