Marketing Associate Job Description

The Marketing Associate supports the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives to promote products, services, or the overall brand. This role involves a mix of creativity, organization, and analytical skills to help drive business growth and brand awareness.

What you’ll do as a Marketing Associate:

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts, emails, blogs, and promotional materials
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to inquiries and engaging with audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing efforts
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
• Support event planning and execution, such as trade shows, webinars, or product launches
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

What you’ll bring to the Marketing Associate role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related role (entry-level candidates may also be considered)
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content creation
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
