The Product Marketing Manager acts as the bridge between the Global Marketing team in France and the U.S. subsidiary. This role ensures the company’s products are effectively adapted and promoted in the U.S. market, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Localization

  • Collaborate with global teams to adjust product messaging and strategies for the U.S.
  • Identify local market needs, conduct competitive analysis, and gather customer insights.
  • Localize marketing materials for U.S. audiences (brochures, catalogs, training, etc.).

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Implement product launches in the U.S., ensuring alignment with global and local goals.
  • Work with the sales team to equip them with tools, training, and resources.
  • Adapt launches based on U.S. market feedback and collaborate with HQ marketing.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

  • Develop plans to promote products online (website, social media, e-commerce platforms).
  • Optimize product catalogs to fit local customer needs and behaviors.

Market Research & Insights

  • Collect feedback from customers, partners, and sales teams to improve products and marketing strategies.

Field Marketing Activities

  • Help plan and execute local campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the HQ team.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Regularly report U.S. marketing results to the Global Marketing team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, support) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

  • You need a degree in marketing, business, or a similar subject.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, especially in a business setting.
  • Experience in launching new products.
  • Good at using marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Speaking French is a bonus, in addition to being fluent in English.
