We serve automotive dealerships, aftermarket installers, and commercial clients nationwide, delivering cutting-edge protective films that combine durability, aesthetics, and advanced technology. UPPF seeks a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead revenue growth and brand engagement. This onsite role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales track record, complemented by marketing expertise to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Sales (60%)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, and networking.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies based on market feedback.
Marketing (40%)
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events).
Create compelling content (blogs, newsletters, social posts) aligned with brand voice.
Administrative & Collaborative Duties
Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data and sales pipelines.
Generate reports on sales performance and campaign metrics.
Work cross-functionally to align sales/marketing efforts with company goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
~3-5 years of experience in sales, with 1-3 years in marketing roles.
~ Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
~ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot), digital marketing platforms (e.g., Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in Automotive sectors.
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
