Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager at Hatchery Group will play a pivotal role in bridging brand strategy with execution of marketing initiatives that clearly communicate the brand’s values, mission, and products to the target audience. They will create engaging content across various channels to attract and retain customers while ensuring all messaging remains consistent with brand voice and goals.
This role will be based in Northwest Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products & services.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including social media and email newsletters that resonate with segmented target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and enhance lead generation initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to design engaging visuals that support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media marketing effort by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze performance of all marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting.
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, or related field.
- +5 years’ experience with social media management and content design.
- Proficiency in email marketing techniques and best practices.
- Strong background in content marketing.
- Familiarity with Adobe creative suite and Canva for design.
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and the ability to work independently.
