Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for a Revenue Marketing Specialist! You will play a pivotal role in executing demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives that drive pipeline acceleration and business growth across multiple industries, including construction, agriculture, and transportation. This role demands an individual who thrives on scaling both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, helping to fuel the sales pipeline with high-quality leads. A strong understanding of demand generation strategies, ABM, sales cycles, and prospecting campaigns is essential.

You will be a key member of the AECO North America Revenue Marketing team, with a specific focus on the Architecture & Design Direct sector Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with enterprise account managers and cross-functional teams to drive growth opportunities across sales and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs and ABM campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and other teams to align on target markets, buyer personas, and strategies for reaching these groups effectively.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze prospect and customer pain points, buying behavior, and business trends while maintaining a keen understanding of the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Impact Measurement & Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on the success of programs targeting strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with core business KPIs and a focus on pipeline generation.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales, facilitating buyer engagement and driving revenue growth.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a technology or industrial-focused environment.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Domo, and 6sense.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build lasting relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of sales processes, prospecting needs, and the ability to drive meaningful conversations with sales teams.
  • Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
