The Marketing Data Associate will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting data to help inform marketing strategies and decision making. The primary focus for this role will be managing sales and marketing data in the client relationship management platform (CRM). This position is remote and you must live in the following states to be considered. (Florida, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington DC).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's CRM platform, HubSpot, including Marketing, Sales, and Content tools.
- Serve as the admin, problem solver, and lead for HubSpot, educating and enabling end sales and marketing.
- Maintain data hygiene for companies, contacts, and deals, including deduplication and demographic verification to build accurate audience lists.
- Explore programmatic improvements via HubSpot APIs, integration logic flows, and user-experience-focused notifications.
- Build and maintain HubSpot Workflow Automation processes for email automation and data updates to support lead nurturing and MQL/SQL handoff.
- Measure and report on the Marketing and Sales tech stack, including Forms, CTAs, Emails, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, MQLs, Events, Social, and Ads.
- Analyze business performance, marketing/sales data, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reporting for campaign and revenue goal tracking.
- Create and maintain lead-scoring models based on digital engagement metrics, demographics, and live event data.
- Plan, implement, maintain, and report on KPIs.
- Ensure the custodianship and integrity of marketing data.
- Manage Kraft Kennedy’s CRM data environment.
- Conduct analysis and lead workflows on strategic projects.
- Contribute to overarching business unit growth strategy and annual planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, sales, marketing, finance, and client service to deliver insights.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing and/or Sales Hub (HS Certifications and a minimum of 2 years' experience).
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI is helpful.
- Self-driven and motivated to seek solutions, identify new skills, and adapt to the evolving technological landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new subjects. Passion for knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with areas such as Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology is beneficial.

Education and Experience:
Experience with HubSpot Marketing and/or Sales Hub (HS Certifications & min of 2yrs exp)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher; knowledge of the following subjects a plus: Business Studies; Business Administration; Management; Information Technology
Compensation
The base pay for this position has a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000. The actual salary offer will take in to account a wide range of factors including the individual’s qualifications, experience as well as location. In addition, certain positions are eligible for bonuses or commissions.
