Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Membership & Marketing Associate for a Externship (8+ months) to join our prestigious private country club. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, event planning, and member relations while supporting the Club's communications initiatives as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize both physical and digital filing systems to maintain efficient record-keeping
• Support the planning and execution of our 25th Anniversary celebration, including RSVP management and coordination
• Compile content for our commemorative anniversary memory book
• Capture high-quality photographs of club events, members, and facilities
• Assist in managing social media presence across various platforms
• Create and edit content using Canva for marketing materials and digital communications
• Provide administrative support to the Membership and Marketing Communications team
• Interact professionally with club members and staff

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management or related field
• Proficient in Canva and social media platforms
• Strong photography skills with an eye for composition
• Excellent organizational and filing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
