Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our e-commerce growth, online engagement, and brand visibility.
This role requires expertise in Shopify management, social media strategy, influencer partnerships, digital advertising, website design, sales optimization, and email marketing. If you have a proven ability to drive online sales, enhance user engagement, and elevate brand presence, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all platforms, email and website.
• Oversee and optimize our Shopify website, ensuring a seamless user experience, increasing conversions, and driving online sales.
• Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Work closely with creative to develop compelling graphics, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Manage influencer partnerships, identifying key influencers and building strong relationships.
• Improve website design and UX to enhance user experience and maximize sales.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Develop and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and strategy.
• Monitor trends and insights to continuously improve content, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Lead, plan, execute, and optimize e-mail marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing, to increase customer retention and conversions.
• Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and Shopify management in consumer goods.
Beauty, personal care a plus.
• Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and paid ad strategies.
• Ability to grow and engage digital audiences organically and through paid efforts.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing trends.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in email marketing, including automation, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
