We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in SEO and Paid Media to join our growing marketing team. Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.

Paid Media Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.
  • Monitor budget utilization and adjust strategies to achieve ROI goals.
  • Develop ad creatives, test variations, and analyze performance metrics.

Email Marketing:

  • Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
  • Develop compelling email copy and templates aligned with Capital Wealth’s branding.
  • Segment email lists and monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Content Collaboration:

  • Work closely with managers to create compelling, optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital assets align with Capital Wealth’s brand guidelines.

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for executives.
  • Use analytics to recommend data-driven improvements for campaigns.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing to ensure innovative strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and Paid Media management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience in LinkedIn advertising preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau or Salesforce a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
