Royce Global is hiring: Inside Sales & Marketing in East Rutherford

Seeking an energetic, aggressive, organized individual for an Inside Sales & Marketing position. This position will assist in growing our business by developing marketing materials, attending/organizing trade shows, generating sales/prospect report and supporting the outside sales team.

Responsibilities

• Run and analyze weekly, monthly and biennial sales reports
• Support the outside sales team by entering sample requests, price quotes, and other business development tasks
• Generate leads/prospects through market research and warm/cold calling
• Generate marketing materials, print and online, for salespeople and trade shows
• Attend and organize trade show exhibitions
• Maintain/develop company promotional items for trade shows and annual holiday gifts
• Generate new product ideas while prospecting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience
• Some experience with CRM/ERP system, preferably NetSuite
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 preferred
• Experience with MS Excel
• Some travel required (trade shows)
