The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the Marketing Data & Process Manager to maintain information and digital assets throughout the construction project lifecycle. Work with the Marketing Data & Process Manager to keep data current and run maintenance reports in Unanet CRM by Cosential for:
Construction Project Data.
Personnel Data.
Capture and archive press release and social media posts.
Maintain current construction photography, employee headshots, and other proposal graphics for Pursuit Team using OpenAsset.
Resume and project page generation.
Assist Pursuit Team Leadership in efforts to create and maintain AI-driven solution for proposal narrative and written content organization tool.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related degree.
~1-3 years of asset management experience; bonus for within the A/E/C industry and/or with Unanet CRM by Cosential and OpenAsset.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
~ Working knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT) and Adobe InDesign a plus.
~ Excellent communication skills (written and visual).
