Job Description:

Advertising agency FIFTEEN seeks a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital strategy efforts through hands-on execution of SEO, SEM, and performance analytics. You’ll be at the core of our digital marketing initiatives—optimizing websites, managing paid search campaigns, and turning data into actionable insights. One minute, you’ll be refining keywords for an SEO audit; the next, you’ll be analyzing campaign performance and building client-ready reports.

Reports to:

Digital Strategist

Responsibilities:

  • SEO : Conduct site audits, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize website content for search visibility.
  • SEM : Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid adjustments, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics : Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
  • Keyword Research : Identify high-impact opportunities for both organic and paid strategies.
  • Performance Reporting : Build and deliver clear, insightful reports that tell a story, not just share numbers.
  • Email Marketing Strategy : Develop and advise email marketing strategies utilizing industry best practices to drive engagement and conversions; Klaviyo experience preferred but not required.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with copywriters, designers, and account teams to ensure digital best practices are applied across campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization : Track search trends and algorithm updates, making recommendations to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Budget Management : Support the Digital Strategist in managing paid media budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver results while staying on target.

  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
  • Collaborative approach—working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Google Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and website structures.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics certifications preferred but not required.
  • Klaviyo and Hubspot experience preferred but not required

Salary Range:

$54,000 - $65,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
