Position Summary
The Director of Marketing will lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support corporate growth. This role will focus on digital marketing, SEO, and corporate branding within the commercial real estate space. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in real estate marketing, skilled in developing high-impact campaigns that attract new business and engage investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness and supports business development goals.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid media, content marketing, and social media to drive lead generation.
- Manage website optimization efforts to ensure high visibility and an effective user experience.
- Lead funnel marketing initiatives, tracking performance and optimizing for conversion.
- Identify and leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance ROI.
Corporate Branding & Communications
- Strengthen the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including pitch decks, investor presentations, and case studies.
- Oversee public relations efforts and thought leadership campaigns to position the company as an industry leader.
- Support third-party management branding initiatives to attract and retain clients.
Entrepreneurial & Growth Initiatives
- Explore opportunities to develop a marketing services vertical to support industry-adjacent businesses.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft unique marketing programs that differentiate the company in a competitive market.
- Identify and implement innovative growth strategies that align with business objectives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
- Partner with sales, operations, IT, and capital markets teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Play a key role in strategic decision-making, providing insights on market positioning and brand differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Marketing experience within real estate and/or commercial real estate is required.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SEO, CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think outside the box, innovate, and build marketing functions from the ground up.
