MARKETING MANAGER
The Mogharebi Group is an investment advisory firm specializing in the multifamily property sector throughout the Western United States. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. The hybrid role (1 day remote, 4 in-office) is an integral part of The Mogharebi Group platform. Under the direction of our Head of Marketing & Research, you will manage a team of Marketing and Graphic Design professionals, sharing your insights and experience while meeting team deadlines. You will be providing the marketing expertise that fuels one of the top multifamily brokerage firms in Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Manage, teach and grow the Marketing & Design team ensuring deadlines are met and our our sales advisors are provided with marketing collateral unparalleled in the industry.
- Assist in processing sales advisors’ research requests timely and accurately
- Develop and oversee a yearly marketing and social media plan
- Oversee the marketing timeline for each transaction with the team
- Review all marketing collateral, written copy and graphics, image quality (OM, postcards, website, RCM)
- Regular review of the marketing process to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
- Assist in identifying new markets and “Go-to-Market” Strategies
- Oversee and manage industry events, calendar and collateral
- Manage Public Relations activity and new vendors and/or opportunities
- Assist with the creation of marketing collateral using In-design/Photoshop/Illustrator
- Ensure email campaigns are flawless and go out on a timely basis
- Oversee all distribution lists and weekly marketing activity and reports
- Manage monthly marketing and social media calendar
- Manage website, TAG Book, and bio books for Advisors
- Complete special marketing-related tasks and projects as directed by Head of Research & Marketing and Director of Operations
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business and/or marketing from a 4-year college, or university preferred
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience preferably in the commercial real estate industry
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe apps – Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in an environment of changing priorities
- Strong communication and proven people and task management skillset to build professional relationships both within the Marketing & Design team and with other stakeholders
- Adept at the use of and Social Media platforms
