This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, Texas. Candidates must be able to work from our Austin office.**  The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with UpSpring’s mission and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the CPG industry, experience working with large national retailers, and expertise in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand growth, optimizing retail performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve measurable results. Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand growth. Identify and leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities to enhance brand positioning. Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and effectively executed. Retail & Channel Marketing Strengthen UpSpring’s presence across retail and e-commerce channels by optimizing marketing strategies. Develop and execute initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales performance in key markets. Analyze retail performance data to inform marketing decisions and maximize growth opportunities. Digital & Consumer Engagement Oversee digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a compelling and consistent brand presence. Manage content strategies, including influencer collaborations and brand partnerships, to enhance consumer connection. Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact. Performance & Budget Management Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact. Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing strategic insights for continuous optimization. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across marketing initiatives. 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field within CPG, retail, or digital marketing. ~ Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth. ~ Experience working with retail and e-commerce channels, including national retailers and online marketplaces. ~ Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer engagement, with a proven ability to enhance brand presence. ~ Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies. ~ Experience managing budgets and marketing resources to optimize ROI. ~ Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partnerships. ~ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining strategic focus. ~ Passion for women’s wellness, health, and consumer-driven innovation is a plus.
