Blue Rock Search has partnered with a leading and fast growing casual dining chain to identify their next Digital Marketing Director . The Director reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will lead the strategic direction for brand growth across digital channels, manage digital marketing initiatives, drive customer engagement, elevate brand presence and grow revenue through cutting-edge digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-channel digital campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver impactful results. Build, maintain and strengthen the brand across the digital space. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, conversion and engagement. Lead marketing innovation through new technologies and digital capabilities. Oversee all digital advertising efforts, including PPC, SEO, display ads, social media, email marketing as well as 3rd Party delivery and affiliate/influencer campaigns. Ensure consistent brand voice and strategy across all digital channels. Optimize digital campaigns through analytics, reporting, and real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and KPIs. Optimize brand visibility and engagement on discovery platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Foster collaboration with department leaders to align digital strategies with broader business objectives, enhance data platforms, and enable advanced segmentation and personalization. Utilize data and analytics to turn customer insights into actionable strategies. Measure and assess campaign performance, identify trends, and continuously refine approaches for improvement. Strategize and collaborate with the marketing department, regional advertising cooperatives, franchise business coaches, and restaurant operators to develop and implement digital marketing programs that are designed to build brand awareness, drive traffic, build check and achieve sales goals. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns. 5-8 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and marketing experience within the franchised restaurant, retail or hospitality industry strongly preferred and a strong focus on working with multi-unit restaurant or franchises. ~ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field is preferred. ~ Deep knowledge on various marketing platforms including Google Ads, GA4 (Google Analytics), and the entire Google Ecosphere, Meta, and emerging social platforms. ~ Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to measure and optimize digital campaigns, analyze metrics and create reports. ~ Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail ~ Experience with additional MarTech platforms, technologies, customer data platforms (CDPs), and loyalty program management is valuable. ~ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology. ~ Light Travel – 15-20% Technology Platforms Paid Social, Brand Social* YouTube TikTok Website SEO WordPress CRM* *Follow us on LinkedIn:
