Are you passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement, and omnichannel strategy? Join our team as a Channel Strategy Manager , where youโll oversee SMS, email, app push, and outbound voice communications to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
What Youโll Do:
โ Manage & Optimize Contact Channels โ Oversee daily operations of SMS, email, app push, and outbound voice campaigns, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
โ Develop & Execute Strategies โ Create and implement channel strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
โ Enhance Customer Experience โ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and regulatory compliance (TCPA).
โ Monitor & Improve Performance โ Track key metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies based on insights.
โ Stay Ahead of Trends โ Keep up with emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing and customer engagement.
What Weโre Looking For:
๐น 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel strategy
๐น Expertise in SMS, email, app push, and outbound voice marketing
๐น Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (TCPA), A/B testing, and analytics tools
๐น Proficiency in HTML, Jira, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms
๐น Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive engagement
๐น Experience in B2B or B2C customer experience development
