Note: This is a hybrid role and will be expected to work on-site from our River North (Chicago) office 3 days per week.

As a high-growth start-up, we’ve scaled rapidly in the past couple of years–expanding our product offerings and service across the contiguous U.By joining Nurture Life, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team led by professionals with decades of experience in both the tech and food industries. Growth Marketing Associate will play a critical role in Nurture Life’s paid marketing and overall growth trajectory. We are looking for someone to operate as a source of insight and strategy while balancing the needs of several paid marketing channels.
Campaign Management : Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms including paid social, paid search, TV, display, and emerging channels to drive business growth.
Testing Roadmap : Develop and implement a robust testing roadmap to optimize campaign performance, uncover insights, and improve scalability.
Creative Strategy : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guide creative development that aligns with brand messaging and enhances campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across marketing and product to ensure seamless alignment and execution of growth initiatives.
Identify, evaluate, and test new marketing channels to diversify acquisition efforts and maximize ROI.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Management : Own CAC goals, continually analyzing and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts and inform business decisions.
Experience : 2–4 years in growth marketing at a brand or agency, with direct experience managing paid ads on Meta and/or Google required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in direct-to-consumer, subscription, or food-related businesses is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively with creative and brand teams, both internally and externally.
